Clipper Ranger and Clipper Pennant latest

Update 15.10.18: CLIPPER RANGER returned to Liverpool at around lunchtime today, and is currently berthed alongside the Seatruck terminal at Brocklebank Dock.

Seatruck Ferries “P-Class” RoRo CLIPPER PENNANT is now on a short-term charter to DFDS, acting as cover on the Immingham to Cuxhaven route.  During November she is expected to begin her charter to Canary Bridge Seaways, linking the Canary Islands with the Spanish Mainland.

CLIPPER RANGER came out of dry-dock on Monday 08.10.18, having moved there from the Cammell-Laird Refit Berth the previous week.  She is currently at anchor off Anglesey awaiting her next deployment.

Scottish Charter ruled out

One place where it seems CLIPPER RANGER won’t be going is Scotland.  It had been speculated that she may be chartered to act as extra capacity on CalMac services, but any acquisition of CLIPPER RANGER has been ruled out by ministers despite political pressure.
