Update 16.05.19: Eckero Line posted the following information to Facebook earlier today:

“Hi!

With great pleasure we announce that Eckerö Line’s new cargo ship will be named as Finbo Cargo. The name of the ship comes from the small Finbo island in the Åland archipelago. Also the name Eckerö comes from the same archipelago.

On May 20, Finbo Cargo sails from Liverpool, England, to Turku where it will be docked. The new, twice-daily ferry service will provide travellers with an affordable option for moving between Finland and Estonia. In addition to cargo, the ship will carry also passenger cars.”

P&O Ferries former Dublin to Liverpool Ro-Pax EUROPEAN ENDEAVOUR was handed over to new owners Rederiaktiebolaget Eckerö earlier today at Royal Seaforth Dock in Liverpool. The former Merchant Ferries and Norfolkline vessel is being renamed FINBO CARGO for her new role sailing between Helsinki and Tallinn.  As previously announced she will sail under the Finnish flag.
