Following a brief return to service earlier in the month for the early May Bank Holiday, the ‘Scenic Lough Foyle Ferry’ is to return on the 11th of May for an extended summer season, though a full 7 days a week service will not run until the 25th of May.
The seasonal “Scenic Lough Foyle Ferry” service is to make a brief return at the end of the week for the early May Bank Holiday. However the vessel in use will not be the regular vessel FRAZER MARINER.
Frazer Ferries AISLING GABRIELLE has arrived at the New Ross boatyard on the River Barrow for dry-docking and annual maintenance. She has been temporarily replaced on the Scenic Carlingford Ferry service across Carlingford Lough by the smaller FRAZER MARINER.
The “Scenic Lough Foyle Ferry” vessel FRAZER MARINER is to cover the “Scenic Carlingford Ferry” service, whilst the vessel she replaced on the Lough Foyle service, AISLING GABRIELLE (ex Foyle Venture), undergoes her annual survey.
