Stena Line has an online tool called FerryCheck for displaying sailing updates for all its passenger carrying services (including Belfast to Cairnryan and Liverpool (Birkenhead) here. Alternatively, you can listen to pre-recorded sailing updates by phoning +44 (0) 8705 755 755 when travelling from the UK or +353 (0)1 907 5300 when travelling from Ireland.
P&O post the latest sailing information, including for the Larne to Cairnryan and Dublin to Liverpool services, to the twitter account @POFerriesupdate which can also be viewed at their website here and below.
