Stena Line’s Heysham – Belfast freight ferry STENA HIBERNIA is expected to dry dock early in the new year. According to Belfast Harbour booking, she will arrive at Harland & Wolff on January 2.

SEATRUCK PANORAMA will move across from the Belfast – Liverpool route to cover the Heysham route in the absence of Hibernia.

Belfast Harbour booking also suggests that STENA MERSEY may cover SEATRUCK PANORAMA’s shoulder sailing on January 3, though this has not yet appeared on the Stena Line timetable.

Stena’s newest ferry, STENA EMBLA, is currently forecast to arrive in Belfast on January 2.  This, however, may be subject to change.

The new Belfast – Liverpool ferry had been expected to arrive at Algeciras, Spain, earlier this evening.  Instead, she is in a holding pattern off the Spanish coast at the time of writing.
