Greece’s Attica Group has announced that it is launching a new ferry route linking Thessaloniki with the Cyclades and Islands of the North Aegean. The first sailing will be tomorrow March 6, 2021 and is supported by a public service contract.
The BLUE STAR MYCONOS (Μπλού Στάρ Μύκονος in Greek, ex NISSOS MYCONOS) has been allocated to the route. After leaving Thessaloniki she will call at the islands of Lemnos, Lesvos, Chios, Samos, Fourni, Ikaria, Mykonos, and Syros en route to Piraeus.
Thessaloniki becomes the second port in Northern Greece served by Attica Group. The group also operates from the port of Kavala to the Islands and the North Aegean under its Hellenic Seaways brand.
