Stena Line have confirmed that they will be running a reduced service on the Belfast – Birkenhead route this week, until Thursday morning. As reported on the NIFS Facebook page,

Stena Mersey entered the dry-dock at Belfast yesterday, for what NIFS believe is routine maintenance. In the meantime, the route will continue to operate with Stena Lagan (passengers and freight) and the freight vessel Stena Performer. Stena Mersey is currently showing on Stena’s online booking engine as being back in service as of the 10:30 ex Belfast on Thursday.

As always, if you intend to travel, please call Stena Ferry Check on +44 (0) 8705 755 755 for the latest information.

Update 7/10/15:  Stena Mersey left dry-dock this afternoon, and is currently alongside at D1, on the opposite side of the river to the Stena terminals.
