Seatruck Ferries Flensburger built ro-ro SEATRUCK PRECISION (until recently STENA PRECISION) has left Liverpool following her end-of-charter handover and dry-docking. She is currently at anchor off Heysham ahead of a planned entry to service this evening between the Lancashire port and Warrenpoint. The vessel she will replace, CLIPPER PENNANT, is currently berthed at Heysham having crossed from Warrenpoint overnight. She is expected to operate tomorrows 15:30 departure from Liverpool to Dublin, displacing CLIPPER RANGER from the route.

Meanwhile, SEATRUCK PANORAMA is now in Cammell-Lairds Number 5 dry-dock. She moved to the facility from the nearby Wet Basin yesterday morning at around 9am. It is still not clear what her next assignment will be, though it could be a case of releasing one or more of the other Dublin to Liverpool vessels for their own dry-docking’s.
