Tonight’s departure ex Birkenhead is cancelled. One assumes this is due to Stena Feronia doing a tour of the North Welsh coast at present! The Belfast departure is leaving 30 mins early, I assume due to the weather. As always, please check with Stena directly for the latest sailing information.
Seatruck have confirmed that former Warrenpoint – Heysham vessel Clipper Pennant is going out on charter as well as their future fleet deployments.
The new vessel still has no date for entering service. Meanwhile operator’s ‘annus horribilis’ continues with an unusual amount of cancellations and delays.
Since publishing our update on the former STENA GALLOWAY (presently LE RIF, originally GALLOWAY PRINCESS) and STENA ANTRIM (Presently IBN BATOUTA, originally ST. CHRISTOPHER), further information has come to light.
Seatruck Ferries, the Irish Sea freight specialist, have increased capacity and sailing frequency on their Dublin to Liverpool route.
