STENA ESTRID (Stena E-Flexer #1 AVIC #W0263) imo: 9807293
Stena Estrid is a Stena Line-owned passenger and vehicle Ro-Pax ferry.  She was the first of a new class of Stena E-Flexer ferries built for Stena in China.  STENA ESTRID has capacity for 1,000 passengers and crew plus 3,100 lane metres of freight and 120 passenger cars.  She normally sails on Stena Line’s Dublin – Holyhead route.
At 214.4 m long, STENA ESTRIDÂ became the longest ferry operating to Ireland when she entered service between Holyhead and Dublin during January 2020. Â Her two sister-ships, STENA EDDA and STENA EMBLA sail on the Belfast – Liverpool (Birkenhead) service.
STENA ESTRID has also provided cover on the Belfast – Cairnryan route. She was also the ship used for the temporary Stena Line Belfast – Holyhead service during early 2021.  Earlier in 2021, the STENA ESTRID sailed on the Rosslare – Cherbourg service and a temporary weekend-only Dublin – Cherbourg route. This was part of Stena Line’s response to increased freight demand on Ireland – France ferry services following Brexit.
